What is the minimum order?
Eligible ready-stock folding gift boxes have a minimum of 20 boxes per selected size and colour. The product page starts at the minimum and shows the box subtotal.
Can I order gift boxes without a logo?
Yes. Select “Box only” on eligible product pages to order without printing, or choose “Add custom logo” to configure a printed order.
How is logo printing charged?
The fee depends on the number of boxes and the number of print locations. An outside-lid print and an inside-lid print count as two separate locations.
Will I pay import charges when my order arrives?
No additional import payment is due on eligible Australia orders shipped with the listed DDP options. Duties and import taxes are included in the checkout shipping rate.
How long does delivery take?
Sea Freight is listed at checkout as 30–40 business days. Allow up to 2 business days for order processing before transit. The available option and final charge are shown at checkout for the order weight and destination.
