How Your Photo Becomes a 3D Crystal Keepsake
A 3D crystal keepsake begins with one meaningful photo. Our process is designed to make the experience simple for the customer while giving the finished crystal a clean, gift-ready presentation.
How it works
1. Upload your photo.
Choose a clear image with good lighting. Portraits, family photos, pet photos, wedding images, graduation photos, and memorial pictures usually work well when the main subject is easy to see.
2. Photo review and preparation.
Before production, the photo is reviewed and prepared for 4K 3D laser engraving. The goal is to keep the main subject clear, balanced, and suitable for engraving inside the crystal.
3. 3D laser engraving.
The image is engraved inside optical crystal using precise laser points. This creates a lasting internal design rather than a surface print that can peel or fade.
4. Inspection and packaging.
After engraving, the crystal is inspected and packed securely. Each order includes protective gift-ready packaging and a complimentary crystal cleaning cloth.

Personalized design and production usually takes 4–6 business days. After shipment, tracked delivery within the United States and Canada usually takes 3–7 business days. Most U.S. and Canada orders arrive within 7–12 business days after payment. International orders usually take 10–15 business days after shipping.
