1. Our products

Select Gift Boxes sells personalized 3D crystal photo gifts. Product images, previews, examples, colors, engraving depth, and appearance may vary depending on the photo quality, selected crystal size, screen settings, and production requirements.

2. Personalized orders

When you place a personalized order, you are responsible for providing accurate order details, shipping information, uploaded photos, and engraving text. Our team may review your photo before production and contact you if a better image is needed, but you remain responsible for the content and accuracy of submitted personalization details.

3. Photo rights and acceptable content

By uploading a photo or personalization content, you confirm that you have the right to use it for your order. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. We may refuse or cancel orders that include content we cannot reasonably produce.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices, promotions, shipping costs, and availability may change without notice. Payment must be completed before an order is processed. Applicable taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges may be shown at checkout or charged by local authorities depending on destination.

5. Production, shipping, and delivery

Personalized crystal orders require design review and production before shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, weather, peak seasons, or events outside our control.

6. Cancellations and changes

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@selectgiftboxes.com. We will try to help if the order has not entered production, but changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins.

7. Returns and refunds

Because personalized crystal gifts are custom made, they are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or production issue cases are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, including images, text, logos, graphics, product page content, and design elements, is owned by Select Gift Boxes Inc or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Each personalized crystal gift includes a personalized 4K Ultra HD 3D inner-engraved crystal, a free matching handmade crystal photo necklace, gift-ready protective packaging, a thank-you card, a crystal cleaning cloth, photo review before production, and tracked air shipping.

How long does delivery take?

After payment, photo review, 3D design, and production of your main crystal and free matching crystal photo necklace usually take 4-6 business days. After your order ships, tracked delivery within the United States and Canada usually takes 3-7 business days. Most U.S. and Canada orders arrive within 7-12 business days after payment. International delivery usually takes 10-15 business days after shipment, depending on destination, customs review, and carrier conditions.

Can I order personalized crystals in bulk?

Yes. For client appreciation, employee gifts, or small business gifting, contact us at support@selectgiftboxes.com with your quantity, timing, and any branding needs. We will review the request and suggest practical options.

What is your return policy?

Because personalized crystal gifts are custom made, they are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a production issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, remake, or refund depending on the case.
