Each personalized crystal order is made after payment is completed and your photo and selected options are submitted. Our team reviews your photo, prepares the 3D design for your main crystal, and prepares the free matching crystal photo necklace with the same image. Photo review, 3D design, and production usually take 4-6 business days after payment.

United States and Canada delivery time

After your order ships, tracked delivery within the United States and Canada usually takes 3-7 business days.

Most United States and Canada orders arrive within 7-12 business days after payment, including photo review, 3D design, production, and tracked delivery.
