Photo Guidance
Clear, well-lit photos with the face or main subject easy to see work best. Avoid blurry, dark, heavily cropped, or low-resolution images. Not sure if your photo will work? Upload it anyway - our design team reviews every image before engraving.
Display Option
An optional light wood LED base can be selected when available to softly illuminate the inner engraving.
Production & Shipping
After payment and photo review, 3D design and production of your main crystal and free matching crystal photo necklace usually take 4-6 business days. After shipment, tracked delivery within the United States and Canada usually takes 3-7 business days. International delivery varies by destination, customs review, and carrier conditions.
30-Day Order Issue Support
If your crystal arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a clear production issue, contact support@selectgiftboxes.com within 30 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. Because personalized crystal gifts are custom made, returns or refunds are not available for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or customer-submitted personalization errors.
