What Photo Works Best
For best results, upload a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and main features are easy to see. Single pet portraits, owner-with-pet photos, and pet photos with enough space around the head and body work especially well with this diamond shape. Avoid blurry, dark, heavily cropped, or low-resolution images. If your image is not suitable, we may contact you for a better photo before production.

Production & Shipping
After payment, photo review, 3D design, and production of your main crystal and free matching crystal photo necklace usually take 4-6 business days.
After your order ships, tracked delivery within the United States and Canada usually takes 3-7 business days. Most U.S. and Canada orders arrive within 7-12 business days after payment. International delivery usually takes 10-15 business days after shipment, depending on destination, customs review, and carrier conditions.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, customs delays, or carrier delays.
30-Day Order Issue Support
If your crystal arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a clear production issue, contact support@selectgiftboxes.com within 30 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos. Because personalized crystal gifts are custom made, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or customer-submitted personalization errors. After review, we may offer a replacement, remake, or refund depending on the issue.
Because each crystal is personalized for your photo, returned custom items cannot be resold. Our goal is not to make returns difficult - it is to make sure your memory is preserved beautifully.
Crystal Care
Wipe gently with the complimentary crystal cleaning cloth to remove fingerprints or dust. Avoid dropping the crystal or placing it in areas with prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat.
